Whats the easiest way to find seasonal beach house rentals?

i want to live down either in DE beaches or ocean city MD beaches for next summer. would my best bet be to surf the web or actually find a realtor to take/show me down there. ive been trying to look online but im not having any luck!Whats the easiest way to find seasonal beach house rentals?

I have always been able to find great deals on beach houses in North Carolina and South Carolina where we go by doing it online. I checked the Ocean City and Delaware information and found the following sites that look really good:

You probably need to narrow it down a little more in Delaware to get more accurate information.
