Well, it depends on the beach house you will be staying at...
If you're staying with someone you know in their home- bring a gift! People who live at the beach get visitors all summer and end up spending a ton of cash doing touristy things over and over. A hostess gift is the least you can do.
If you're renting a home- you may need to bring your own sheets, towels, soaps, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and some cleaning supplies. You will want to go grocery shopping to fill the fridge.
Either way-Bring a beach towel, large tote, chair, suncreen, cooler, and a good book. Bring a variety of clothes for lounging, eating out, and shopping. Don't forget the camera! Enjoy your trip!
