2nd row is the 2nd row of houses behind the oceanfront houses. starting from the closest to the ocean it goes oceanfront, 1st row, 2nd row and so on...In a beach house description, it says the location is '2nd row'... What does that mean?
it means its not directly on the beach. its behind a house thats on the beach. answer mine
