How Could I rent a beach house or hotel room in Panama City Beach, Fl at 18 years Old?

We're goin to PC on Senior week. We are only 18 so how could we rent a place? Does anybody know of a place that would rent us a room or a house??? thanksHow Could I rent a beach house or hotel room in Panama City Beach, Fl at 18 years Old?
I went three years ago, and I was 19 i think.... no one I was with was 21, all were 18 or 19. We stayed at the chateau motel. It was a blast. It is a bit down the beach from the crazy, cant move or lay down on the beach crowd.... far enough but still close enough to walk. Really close to a few bars too (which wont help you i guess). It was really cheap, 4 people from ohio and i think overall... hotel, alcohol, food, misc. was around 500 a piece!! We had a blast. A new state law requires a guest be 21 to rent however during special events exceptions are made.
I've lived in Panama. There is a beautiful resort called Playa Blanca, which will probably rent you a place. They have beach houses, and apartments which are like hotel rooms. There are lots of pools, and a cleaned, nice beach by the sea. :)
