I have to plan a ';lock-in'; for my group of 71 people. We have a budget of $400 for a location for this 1-night event. I was wondering if you guys knew of a place that could handle this many people and not mind noise. Most beach houses I've researched require a minimum stay that puts us out of budget.
If a beach house isn't possible at this price, do you guys have any recommended venues that could handle this many people/noise overnight at/below $400?Locating a beach house to party in for only one night near Los Angeles ?

Call the local Realtors - they may know of a vacant house the owners would be willing to rent out for the evening
