Why are you doing this the hard way? You need to decide where you want to go i.e. South Carolina, Miami, New Jersey. Then you need to go online and google beach houses in (city of your choice).

Yep I've got just the thing. A 2 minute walk along a sandy trac to the beach, can sleep 6 people comfortably.
