How old you have to be to rent a beach house?

Legally, you would have to be at least 18 in order to sign a contract. In the real world, however, chances are good that you won't find any landlords willing to rent to you. Most landlords require a credit check, a substantial damage deposit, and references, none of which most 18-year-olds would be able to provide. How old you have to be to rent a beach house?
Depends on owner. I wouldn't rent to underage or HS tenants, but some do.
