Is Beach House in Mundesley Infested?
I stayed at the house last year and was most disappointed with the hygiene and cleanliness of the establishment. Myself, wife and 2 children all got nits as the bedding was obviously infested. The towels were soiled and the sofa was infested with flees, we sat there itching for 3 days then found out why. I did complain but was ignored. The location was excellent but the house was below par for the cost, which was excessive. Anyone else had such an experience?Is Beach House in Mundesley Infested?
ewww -poor you - we have stayed in cottages etc for years and never had this - though we did stay in a posh house in Hunstanton and it could have been cleaner
Did you book through an agency eg Country Cottages - if so take it up with them - we did and got a voucher which we were satisfied with as it wasn't so bad - yours sounded awful
We have stayed for about the last 4 years in Bacton in a beautiful bungalow right on the beach - its a shame about your place as Mundesley and all round that area is lovely

The guy is teasing you with Naples, one of the most expensive places to live in the US. There are no cheap beach houses in Florida. A house on the beach is worth millions of dollars because of the land. No one is going to rent it cheap. You may find a condo a few blocks from the water for something you can afford. Try St. Pete, Clearwater, Madeira Beach, Reddington Beach, Treasure Island.Where can i find a really cheap but still nice beach house in southwest florida?

I want to rent a beach house somewhere in the Caribbean, Hawaii or Florida, Can you recommend a where to go?
i can really only speak for florida,but i would think it's cheaper than the islands and definitely hawaii.although hawaii is the hot place to go.you did not mention what season you want to rent and if the kids involved here. if money is a factor,or your idea of the perfect vacation.florida best in winter.it depends mostly if you want a big city near by to investigate or complete quiet. relaxation .for lots of things to do try miami,south beach, or ft. lauderdale.for a medium town close driving to activities,daytona beach(drive to orlando or tallahassee,or st. augustine))clearwater beach st. petersburg beach(close to tampa(superbowl) and ft.meyers beach(a little busy getting around.0 for small town quiet try the florida keys,lots of good restaurants,and night life.and historic places........the bahamas are beautiful,close to usa for short travel distance from florida.the west coast of florida is the gulf and much nicer sandy beaches hope this helps

I went to a pretty crappy one compared to some of the more expensive places I'd seen, but they're all really nice. Once you hit the white sand beaches it doesn't really matter. The whole place is a freakin' paradise.

I tried searching for it with Google Earth but can't seem to find it,

I know where it is. However, YOU can't get there. (Neither can I). Just like the Playboy mansion and celebrity homes, this is a private residence. It would be irresponsible of those who know the address to publish it. If the address were published, the street would be inundated with hormone-crazed teens trying to get a peek at a bikini model. That's why they have anti-stalking laws. (Google Teresa Saldana) And even if I did post it, you would find yourself on the wrong end of a baton swung by an LA County Sheriff's Deputy if you tried to make an unauthorized visit. Or worse, one of the private security guards hired by the homeowners in the area. Those guys don't operate under the same rules as regular cops, and they tend to take a few extra liberties. They take their privacy seriously in Malibu.
I suggest taking a cold shower and forgetting it.
If you MUST look for it, then take some clues from the photos. LOTS of foliage, and a pool.Does anyone know the address of the DKNY Beach house in Malibu California
