Decoration ideas for 21st at beach house?

I am having my 21st in a while at our beach house and was looking for some decoration ideas etc. i though everyone could wear white then decorate the rest bright? i live in South Africa so we can start drinking from 18 so it's not so much about gettin pissed. should i do something on the beach itself? or just on the grass infront of the house? or both??
