i would like to rent a beach house on the outer banks of north carolina for the week of thanksgiving. anyone know a reputable rental agency that i can contact?Anyone know a good beach house rental company in the outer banks north carolina?
I have found http://www.VRBO.com to be a very reliable source for vacation rentals. I've rented at least 10 different villas/condos/beach houses on this site and I have never been disappointed.Anyone know a good beach house rental company in the outer banks north carolina?
I don't know anyone or any company personally but here are a few sites that provide vacation home rentals, cabin rentals and cottage rentals from all over the United States. I advertise on these sites and find them to be very user friendly and accurate with lots of photos and area information:
http://www.homeaway.com
http://www.vacationrentals411.com
http://www.vacationhomerentals.com/
Good Luck and have fun! North Carolina is Beautiful!
We use Sun Realty when we rent condos on the OBX. They also have vacation homes for rent. They have a good website and it is easy to search. Good luck!!
I own a beach house in the Outer Banks and the company we rent with is Midgett Realty. We have never had any problems with them and the houses are nice.

Best place for an afforable Caribbean beach house? How much?
I'm intersted in getting a beach house along the caribbean coast (mexico, or central america). I want it on a beach with the fantastic caribbean white sand (like cancun), quaint, but access to grocery stores, etc.
I speak fluent spanish as well.
I like the idea of Nicaragua. Anywhere Else I should be considering outside of this area???Best place for an afforable Caribbean beach house? How much?
santa marta colombia , or tolu as well you can find beach houses starting from 10.000 15.000 USDBest place for an afforable Caribbean beach house? How much?
Dominican Republic
My house is in an area called Cabarete, I dunno the exact worth because my dad built it for me when I was little back in the 80's %26amp; now I've inherited it but I'm guessing about $200,000 because it's 5 bedrooms %26amp; 3 bathrooms....That's a very popular area for booming real-estate market, tons of condo's get sold there at a starting price of $50,000 right on the beach %26amp; the price just goes up depending on the amount of rooms, location %26amp; such but other than that it's preety much like living in the city, I live in nyc %26amp; just go back %26amp; forth alot %26amp; it feels the same because of the stores, restaurants %26amp; clubs are so near (%26amp; Slightly Americanized) except I'm right on the beach %26amp; everything is soooooo damn cheap that you can live on very little %26amp; feel like a king!!! Anyone who makes the equivalent of $30,000 a year here %26amp; can live like a millionaire there....But nope I can't sell because of sentimental value, Thanx for your intrest anyway........Would you like some links to sites of where to buy %26amp; such because there are so many areas you can buy in %26amp; different prices???
I don't know about the other places, but in Jamaica, I saw some beautiful beach homes that I was told are only around 35,000 US. These homes were absolutely gorgeous. Man...I could live like a king over there.
Umm affordable and on the beach will be difficult. Try Africa
In Nicaragua you'll find unspoiled beaches on the Caribbean. However, it may not be so easy to get all the extra services you're looking for.
Jamaica i saw a really nice one for about 1.5 m (Jamaican) and it was really nice
trust me i used to live thereskin deep

My parents are fighting about Obama raising their taxes, we've already had to rent out our beach house in the?
winter to tenants, what does he want next from us, our bloodMy parents are fighting about Obama raising their taxes, we've already had to rent out our beach house in the?
Oh dear, with Obama as Pres you won't be able to have the beach house much longer. My parents are fighting about Obama raising their taxes, we've already had to rent out our beach house in the?
It's interesting... Obama hasn't raised your parents taxes (he hasn't raised anyone's taxes yet). I don't know why they're fighting. It's possible that he does want your blood though.
Also, you've got a beach house! Sweet! Your parents sure have benefited from this awesome society that we live in. Would it be so awful for them to pay a little bit more in taxes so that people without multiple homes have a chance to buy some food? (When Obama does raise taxes, it's going to be on people who make more than a quarter million dollars per year). He's only going to be raising the tax levels to back what they were under Reagan.
Tie some tea balls filled with your best imported earl grey and march on washington with some posters declaring how much you hate the *** in the white house. Faux news will ejaculate with joy.
I know what you mean. Today all I ate was a half eaten hamburger I had to fish out of a dumpster because of Obama.
Well, get used to it. He's taxing anyone who actually WORKS for a living.
Don`t worry, you still don`t have to mow your own lawn under Obama.
Taxes have not been raised. They don't get raised untill the next budget.
He sure does.
Just ask the farmers in the San Joaquin Valley.
My business is being lost to China. Get real buddy.

Sorry to be a bit of a party-pooper, but hasn't anyone heard of the 'environmental footprint' that one leaves on the planet? The average American creates ten times more pollution than the average Chinese and around 200 times that of a lot of Africans. When one rich person runs five properties (and probably at least twice that in vehicles etc.) they are using resources and creating waste/pollution equivalent to more than some entire countries. People need to start thinking about the affects they are having on the planet as individuals instead of endlessly acquiring more stuff (and whinging about the pollution/climate change/disappearing forests/extinct species etc.etc.)

Beach house rentals at Gulf Shores, Alabama?
The beach house rentals seem reasonable and although not exactly fancy, very adequate and very near the beach. Does anyone know if the rental houses in this area are worth the money (about $100 a day in the spring, which is when we would be there).Beach house rentals at Gulf Shores, Alabama?
off season for a typical (fairly new %26amp; up-to-date, well furnished) you expect to pay $1500 - $2500 a month....................during season $3000 and up so you're in the ballpark.
colder than stink there now......but isn't crowded! (it's wall-to-wall people in good weather)

Is Beach House in Mundesley Infested?
I stayed at the house last year and was most disappointed with the hygiene and cleanliness of the establishment. Myself, wife and 2 children all got nits as the bedding was obviously infested. The towels were soiled and the sofa was infested with flees, we sat there itching for 3 days then found out why. I did complain but was ignored. The location was excellent but the house was below par for the cost, which was excessive. Anyone else had such an experience? Is Beach House in Mundesley Infested?
ewww -poor you - we have stayed in cottages etc for years and never had this - though we did stay in a posh house in Hunstanton and it could have been cleaner
Did you book through an agency eg Country Cottages - if so take it up with them - we did and got a voucher which we were satisfied with as it wasn't so bad - yours sounded awful
We have stayed for about the last 4 years in Bacton in a beautiful bungalow right on the beach - its a shame about your place as Mundesley and all round that area is lovely
